Taylor Swift-signed guitar sells $120,000 at fundraiser

A guitar bearing the signature of popular singer-songwriter Taylor Swift fetched an impressive $120,000 at an auction organized by country music star Toby Keith for families of children with cancer. Dubbed the 2023 OK Kids Korral, it also saw another guitar autographed by the likes of Tim McGraw, Garth Brooks and Carrie Underwood selling for $44,000. A dinner with Toby raised $70,000, while a fishing trip with him went for $80,000. The auction also featured sports memorabilia. Overall, the auction raised $1.8 million. Prior, another Taylor guitar, one she used during her “Midnights” recording sessions raised $12,500 for the Raven Drum Foundation founded by Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen for veterans and first responders dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Taylor also donated another guitar to Musicares Charity Relief.
