WTFu by MR. FU: Japan forever!

At a glance

  • Before leaving Japan, My forever travel partner Bryan and I went to Fuga Tattoo shop in Shinjuku (sana part owner ako bilang may Fu sa title!) and got our first tattoo! (like a virgin ang peg! Tagal ko pinag-isipan yan ha!) My design is my favorite Hebrew letters, as my tribute to the spiritual wisdom, Kabbalah. (kunwari spiritual ako!) Many thanks to artist Won! (niyakap ko pa si ate mo at nag-I love you sa sobrang tuwa at swabeng session!)

Fu at Shibuya Crossing

Our last visit to Japan was three years ago. I usually celebrate my birthday in the Land of the Rising Sun. (para iwas panlilibre ng friends!) Since some travel restrictions have been lifted, we decided to stay in Japan last week and welcome my special day. (June 8 po! Pwede pa magbigay ng harbat!) We have toured several places in this beautiful country for the past years but we still look forward to experiencing the Japanese vibe. For our comeback, we chose Tokyo for the nth time! (feeling haponesa!)

The first thing I do as soon we arrive is go to Family Mart and eat my favorite cream puff. It’s like my vitamins in Japan, I eat it, three times a day! (mapapa-p*ny*ta ka sa sarap!) I would not also say no to the daily taste of ramen, sushi, and sashimi in different restaurants. (bet ko mga hilaw ha!) Getting meals at nearby convenience stores and groceries is also a must! (walang magugutom!)

Visiting the iconic Shibuya Crossing will never be out of the itinerary. (with matching pictorial at video coverage ng pabalik-balik na pagtawid!) Having photos with the statue of  the famous dog Hachicko will always be part of our photo-op. (di ko na mabilang photos namin together kahit di naman kami close!)

We got to experience Yokohama. Took time to make our personalized noodle cups at the Cup Noodles Museum (ibenta ko kaya yung akin?!) and visit the Ramen Museum to check on Ramen history and Old Tokyo attraction. (yung feeling mo dinala ka sa lumang panahon!)

Fu at Tokyo Disneyland

Since my companions are Gundam fans, we went to Odaiba to see the giant robot (sorry si Shaider ang bet ko!)

For my birthday, they convinced me to celebrate at Tokyo Disneyland. (kahit nakakilang Disneyland na kami!) They were all excited taking photos of me at the happiest place on earth on my special day. (para raw maganda sa ig! Pang socmed purposes pala!)  I honestly get sleepy with rides for kids. I am a roller-coaster kind of person. (madalas ayaw nila ako samahan kaya ako sumasakay mag-isa!)
