Embark on a gastronomic exploration of Asia through a range of magnificent dishes crafted by Diamond Hotel’s Asian Culinary Masters. Happening on June 15 to 17 and 19 to 25 at the Corniche Lunch and Dinner Buffet, the food festival, led by the hotel's executive chef Ooi In Jin, is set to present the culinary creations of chefs Hiroshi Masuda (Japan and Korea), Yang Yong (China), Mon Luyao (Vietnam), Ramon Quilon (the Philippines), Deo De Guzman (Thailand), and Roel Pollero (India), demonstrating their mastery of dishes from different Asian nations

The Asian Culinary Masters buffet is at P3,500 net per person and features classic Asian eats such as Japan’s Miso Flavored Stewed Beef Cheek and Chicken Teriyaki and Korea’s Deep Fried Chicken Wing with Spicy Sauce and Stir Fried Korean Glass Noodles. Diners can also explore the diverse flavors of Asia through China’s Inner Mongolia Roast Beef with Wrapper, the Philippines’ Seafood Kare Kare, India’s Lamb Briyani Rice, and Thailand’s Red Curry of Beef Cheek and Eggplant, among others.
For dessert, sweet tooths can indulge in the many offerings of the buffets dessert table like the Ketayap (Pandan Crepe roll with Grated Coconut), Sago Gula Hitam (Sago Pudding with Brown Sugar and Coconut Milk), Chinese classic egg tarts, and Durian Cheese Cake.
