Artists and performers have their own rituals when it comes to preparing themselves before their show to calm their nerves and to prepare their tools. But for singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Laufey, her pre-show practice for her concert in the Philippines involves some of our childhood favorite snacks. 

The Icelandic artist is here in the country to do a show for the first time on May 30 at The Filinvest Tent, Alabang. But before Laufey hit the stage, she tried out some local snacks recommended by her fans. In a video shared on Tiktok, the artist is seen trying treats such as Stick-O, banana chips, dried mangoes, and Choc Nut. The second part of their Filipino treats video featured delicacies like caramel tarts, durian-flavored cookies, and chocolate candy Curly Tops.
