After months of speculations, it seems that the band has finally found a replacement for their late drummer Taylor Hawkins.
Note that Josh was among a dozen of drummers who played with the band in the Taylor Hawkins tribute concerts.
These include Matt Cameron of Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, Steward Copeland of The Police, Rufus Taylor of Darkness, Travis Barker of Blink 182 and Taylor’s own son Shane Hawkins to name a few.
Josh, 50, is a long time friend of Taylor.
He worked prior with The Offspring, A Perfect Circle, Nine Inch Nails and Guns N Roses.
Foo Fighters will kick off a world tour in New Hampshire, May 24.
