Here’s how to incorporate Pantone's color of the year 2024 into your beauty looks

Peach fuzz will give you that natural glow you’ve been looking for!

Pantone has announced that Peach Fuzz 13-1023 is the pantone color for 2024. And, we have to say, that this is a universally appealing color that will give anyone a radiant boost—be it in the clothing pieces that they wear, the makeup they put on, even furniture at home!

On the Pantone website, they described that it is “a contemporary peach with depth whose gentle lightness is understated, Peach Fuzz 13-1023 adds an ethereal, reflective finish to hair and creates a natural rosy glow flattering complexions across a large variety of undertones.”

While Kathryn Bernardo has gone the ginger-hair route, which is a brighter peach, the more adventurous ones can go for full bleached hair dyed into Peach Fuzz, just like what Koop Studio did for one of their clients. You can also choose to have highlights in Peach Fuzz for a more subtle and wearable option.

For makeup, Liza Soberano shows you how it’s done. One can go for the au natural look with a monotone Peach Fuzz hue, as seen below by makeup artist Mikka Marcaida. On the Pantone website, it says that “Peach Fuzz 13-1023 enlivens the skin, adding soft warmth to eyes, lips, and cheeks making all who wear it appear more healthy.”

You can make it more dramatic with mixes of browns or even burgundy and berries. “Fresh and youthful when paired with earthy browns and dramatic when paired with deep reds and plums, the Pantone Color of the Year 2024 opens the door to a wide assortment of lipstick, blush, skin tone, and contouring option,” added in the site.

Peach Fuzz is getting us excited for 2024, and it’s the perfect hue to welcome the new year and the spring/summer season. The site also shared that “expressing a message of tenderness, nail designs incorporating Peach Fuzz 13-1023 are romantic, innocent, and sweet,” so why not try Posh Nails nail polish in Salted Caramel to get you started?
