It's Christmas at Diamond Hotel Philippines with a dazzling Christmas Tree Lighting event graced by esteemed guests, including City of Manila Mayor Hon. Maria Sheilah "Honey" Lacuna–Pangan, Department of Tourism-NCR Regional Office Director Sharlene Zabala-Batin, valued clients, in-house guests, and media friends.

Accompanied by Diamond Hotel's new General Manager Gino Mariñas, the honored guests collectively illuminated the hotel's impressive 25-foot Christmas Tree, marking the commencement of the eagerly anticipated festive season. The atmosphere was further enlivened by the performances of the Diamond Movers and Summer Wind Choir. Notably, the event also played host to the children of Malate Church, treated to an afternoon of holiday cheer courtesy of the hotel employees.
This year Diamond Hotel's Christmas Tree is a festive marvel designed with the heartfelt concept that Christmas is truly for the children. According to the designer FJ Sionson, the majestic centerpiece is meant to bring happiness to kids, creating a wonderful experience that they will remember for a lifetime. It also endeavors to reconnect adults with the warmth and nostalgia of their own childhood memories during this most wonderful time of the year.
Radiating with classic colors of red, white, and green, the tree is adorned with candy canes, peppermint candies, red bonbons, and vibrant lollipops. Amidst this splendor, delightful stuffed teddy bears and playful reindeers abound, adding an extra touch of merriment. Every glance at the Christmas tree becomes a heartwarming celebration, spreading joy to guests of Diamond Hotel.
In the spirit of giving back, Diamond Hotel is championing a charity drive and extending an invitation to guests to contribute to Better World Tondo. For a donation of P300, guests can hang a Christmas ornament on the Charity Tree in the lobby, bearing their name on the tag as a symbol of generosity.
