Report: BTS' V, BLACKPINK's Jennie break up ahead of military enlistment

BTS’ V and BLACKPINK’s Jennie have broken up ahead of the former’s military enlistment next week, according to a news report.

Korean media outlet JTBC published an exclusive report on Dec. 6 stating that entertainment insiders said V and Jennie recently ended their relationship.

The two K-pop stars were embroiled in dating rumors last year when a photo of them together in a car in Jeju Island circulated online.

A netizen released several photos of them together taken in different places.

Last May, journalist-photographer Amar Taoualit uploaded on TikTok a video of V and Jennie walking hand in hand on the streets of Paris. He also uploaded several videos of the two on Instagram.

However, Big Hit Music and YG Entertainment have remained silent over the dating rumors between the two.

V will be enlisting in the military on Dec. 11. Meanwhile, Jennie renewed contract with YG Entertainment for BLACKPINK’s group activities.
