“This is Jennie. This year was filled with many accomplishments, and I'm so thankful for all the love I've received,” she said.

She added, “I’m also excited about what's to come, as I start my solo journey in 2024 with a company that I have established called OA. Please show lots of love for my new start with OA and of course, BLACKPINK. Thank you. @oddatelier.”

While Odd Atelier will manage Jennie’s personal activities, she is still part of BLACKPINK. YG Entertainment will manage BLACKPINK’s group activities.

Earlier this month, YG Entertainment said BLACKPINK’s Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé and Lisa renewed their exclusive contracts with the agency for group activities.

“After careful discussions with BLACKPINK, we have signed an exclusive contract for the group activities based on deep trust,” announced YG Entertainment on Dec. 6.

But it said that "contracts for individual activities are being negotiated.”

Jennie established the Odd Atelier label, according to the Odd Atelier website

“OA, which stands for Odd Atelier, is a space that aims to create new things that attract attention in a different way from what is usual or expected. it is a label founded by artist Jennie in November 2023,” according to a description on the OA website.

The website listed Jennie as its artist.

“Debuted in 2016 as a member of BLACKPINK, Jennie is one of the most influential artists of the era. She is a singer, rapper, actor, and fashion icon with global influence. Other than her world record-breaking career as BLACKPINK, she became the first Korean female solo artist to top iTunes worldwide song chart with her solo single Solo' in 2018, hit No.1 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, and earned numerous accolades as well,” according to Jennie's bio on the OA website.
