Looks like Spain has been enticing more and more Filipinos to either visit, work, or migrate there.

There are ads on social media inviting moneyed locals to invest in a condo-hotel that offers them legal residency or what is known as Golden Visa. People can also buy homes or apartments that allow them the same opportunity.

One of those who purchased an apartment in Madrid recently is Bea Alonzo. She proudly showed off her old-new condo in one of her recent vlogs. The latest is that Bea is currently in Spain with her fiancé, Dominic Roque, who is touring other European spots such as Italy and Switzerland.

Bea also proudly announced that she is now a legal resident of Spain, having just gotten her residency card.

The veteran actress bought her Madrid apartment for 500,000 euros or about P30 million. She’s soon launching a new business venture, a set of travel kits that include packing cubes and organizers.
