The Ascott at BGC was the venue for the Manila Bulletin Sustainability Forum Recognition Night. After two days of sessions at the Malcolm Hall of the College of Law, University of the Philippines, Diliman, it was a relaxed dinner that welcomed us at The Ascott. Specially prepared by the Ascott Executive Chef Prince Patiño, the dinner was an imaginative pairing of sustainable ingredients with a visual flair for food presentation.
