Quezon City stands out with the most bidet inclusion rate at 60 percent

Bidets are essential to everyone, especially those who prioritize hygiene and seek a more sustainable and comfortable bathroom experience.
A study by QS Supplies, a British bathroom supplies company, revealed that the Philippines has one of the highest percentages of rental accommodations with bidets globally.
QS Supplies conducted a study on Booking.com listings across countries, analyzing accommodation options (hotels, apartments, holiday rentals, etc.) with baths, showers, and bidets using reservation filters.

The Philippines ranked fourth in the world in the number of hotels and rentals with bidets, with 52.91 percent of rental accommodations having bidets. Jordan followed closely with 52.96 percent, Argentina at 61.24 percent, and Italy secured the top position with 72.86 percent.
In the shower ratings, the Philippines ranked 37th with 70.42 percent, while Cambodia was the highest at 89.57 percent. However, on the baths list, the Philippines was 54th with 17.88 percent, mainly because many rental places in the country opting to have showers over bathtubs.
Quezon City, Manila, Davao City, Cebu, and Cagayan de Oro were each mentioned in the lists of cities in the Philippines.
The research found that 60 percent of places in Quezon City have bidets, and in Cebu, 72.40 percent of rental accommodations have showers, making them the highest in their respective categories.
