25 years of retail partnership—Lifemalls Tenant Appreciation

The evening gathered their tenants for the Lifemalls Pioneer Awards

It has been 25 years since Festival Mall, Alabang, opened in 1998. Since then, Filinvest Malls have expanded into opening more malls such as Fora Mall in Tagaytay City, Il Corso in Cebu, and Main Square in Bacoor City, Cavite.

This milestone is a cause for celebrations as Lifemalls by Filinvest hosted the Lifemalls Tenant Appreciation Night last Sept. 28, 2023 at The Filinvest Tent. The evening gathered their tenants for the Lifemalls Pioneer Awards. This is their way of showing their appreciation to the retailers who have grown with them over the years.

Some of these tenants are EastWest Bank, Ace Hardware, Penshoppe, and Potato Corner across different Lifemalls. For Festival Mall, the list includes Tom’s World, Starbucks, Cinema 2000, Healthy Options, National Book Store, and Toby's Sport.

For Main Square, the tenants are Anytime Fitness, Robinsons Supermarket, and Watsons. Super Metro Hypermarket, ForMe, Memo, Regatta, OXGN, and 7-Eleven were awarded by Flora Mall. Finally, IL Corso awarded Parilya, Chikaan sa Cebu, The Dessert Factory Restaurant & Bakery, and Fishes Seafood & Wine.
