New immigration field office in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Tuesday, Oct. 24, it has opened a new field office in Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija.
Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco said the new office is located at the second floor of Robinsons Townville Cabanatuan as he pointed out his administration's drive "to open up BI offices in malls for convenience of the public.”
“The strategic relocation aims to improve accessibility and convenience for the local community. The BI will also be opening new field offices this year," he said.
“By opening this new office in Cabanatuan City, we aim to bring our services closer to the people, making it easier for residents to access the assistance they need,” he also said.
The BI's field office in Nueva Ecija was previously located in Palayan City, also in the province.
