With over 13 million members and growing in numbers, Watsons Club, the largest health and beauty loyalty program in the country, officially launched its "Live Well. Get Rewarded." campaign on Sept. 21, 2023. The event program included a shopping party for select Watsons Club members and featured the unveiling of exciting plans for the program under the leadership of Jared de Guzman, Watsons Philippines' Customer Director.
Rooted in its commitment to serve as a trusted health and beauty retailer, the "Live Well. Get Rewarded." campaign aims to inspire Filipinos to make conscious choices regarding their overall wellness and, in turn, provide incentives for doing so. Jared de Guzman explained, "As an example, a simple act like purchasing your daily vitamins is rewarded with discounts when you shop at Watsons."
Launched with the campaign are member-exclusive discounts of five percent off on vitamins and supplements (with a minimum purchase of P500), 10 percent off on Watsons Brand products, and up to 50 percent off on select participating products, all newly minted offers to support and empower Watsons Club members into becoming strategic, wellness-oriented shoppers.
To reignite excitement among the guests in attendance, part of the program also emphasized the existing perks actively enjoyed by Watsons Club members. At the forefront of these benefits are discounts, with members gaining access to Watsons’ Comply & Save program. This program offers a 30 percent discount on purchases of 30 pieces or a 15 percent discount on purchases of 15 pieces of vitamins, supplements, and even maintenance medications, making it easier for members to afford their daily health needs. In addition to savings and shopping points, Watsons Club members also have access to exclusive experiences, including quarterly e-raffle promotions with prizes ranging from brand-new cars to dream vacation packages.
The rewards Watsons Club members enjoy even go beyond and outside Watsons stores. Watsons Club has also partnered with over 50 varying merchants from wellness, food, travel and leisure, and shopping categories. Brand partners such as Hi-Precision Diagnostics, Ogawa, Microtel, Ideal Vision, and more currently offer members exclusive discounts on their products and services.
But that's not all. Introducing even more exclusive rewards accessible through the next tier of Watsons Club, Maria Ellen Lopez, Watsons Philippines Senior Marketing Manager, took the stage to discuss Watsons Club Elite. This elevated tier offers additional perks that enhance members’ shopping experience, providing access to priority lanes, free delivery of orders, invitations to special events, and increased shopping points earned.
It’s not only the people behind the scenes who got their spotlight at the event.
