Beko has made a strong commitment to offering sustainable products at this year's IFA technology conference.  This European appliance wizard launched a new energy-saving technology as it made a significant move and commitment to sustainable living.

At the IFA 2023 conference, Beko Global Chief Marketing Officer Akin Garzanli and Beko Global Chief Commercial Officer Ragip Balcıoğlu introduced the "positive domino effect" philosophy.  It emphasizes the importance of making small changes that create a big impact. This philosophy is what guides Beko's product strategy and technology innovation.

A Revolution in Washing

The Beko EnergySpin technology is one of Beko's most exciting innovations.  This technology reimagines traditional washing habits.  EnergySpin takes a smarter approach by utilizing faster-than-usual drum speeds to speed up the detergent's dissolving process.   The unique drum movement eliminates the need for excessive heat.  This in turn will result in up to 35% less energy consumption compared to conventional washing machines, all while still maintaining top-notch cleaning performance.

A Commitment to Environmental Sustainability

Beko aims to integrate energy-saving features into their appliances' most used settings and Beko's EnergySpin Technology is a part of the company's commitment to environmental sustainability.  Integrating energy-saving features into the appliance's settings would make energy efficiency a standard across popular wash cycles, including "Eco Program, " "Cottons," "Synthetics," "Quick, " "Delicates," "Mix," “20°C  program," and "ColdWash" program.

The "positive domino effect" introduced at the IFA 2023 was made tangible through an engaging experience known as "DOMINO:  The Little One".  This is a free-to-play video game designed to educate consumers about the impact of their choices.  The game is set in a fantasy world devastated by climate change.  In this interactive game, players can experience the impact of positive, incremental actions necessary to survive within the game.

The game will be available this winter on Steam, App Store and Google Play.
