BGC New Year's Eve Countdown to 2023 to feature Sarah G, Morissette, Bamboo, and more

Looking for someplace to spend the last few hours of 2022? BGC has you covered. Plus, Sarah G and Morissette!

Bonifacio Global City (BGC), along with the Taguig Local Government, will be leading “BGCitizens” in embracing the coming New Year 2023 with fanfare and pizzaz.

The run up to “Alive! Countdown to 2023” starts at 8 p.m. on New Year’s Eve at 5th Avenue in BGC, with the country’s largest naked-eye 3D LED billboard playing new content befitting the occasion.

“The celebration is titled "Alive! Countdown to 2023," and revolves around the catchword “alive” to capture the upbeat feeling now prevailing over the promise of a great year ahead,” shared the organizers of the BGC New Year’s Eve event.

Showstoppers

Sarah Geronimo will be leading the top-billed, star-studded line-up of "Alive! Countdown to 2023," which will also include Bamboo, Morisette, Ebe Dancel, G-Force, and more.  

Merrymakers may wear their dancing shoes, go barefoot, or watch the festivity from select viewing points in BGC, leading up to the countdown and New Year’s Eve fireworks.

Senior citizens and persons with disabilities will have a place reserved for them in the Amphitheater, where two giant LED screens will display the live feed of the celebration.

Food kiosks and restaurants around Bonifacio High Street will be open with special menus as BGCitizens ring in the New Year.

For those planning to join the New Year festivities at BGC on Dec. 31, 2022, the nearest parking area is at the PSE Tower - slots are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Roads around the venue will be closed to traffic during the New Year’s Eve event.
