Here’s something to quench your thirst on your next trip to Boracay
Apart from its pristine sunset view, powder white sand, and crystal clear water, Boracay is also known for being a foodies' haven. From the calamansi muffin and locally caught seafood to the famous choriburger, the island is a true paradise that champions Filipino food. The latest addition to its line of Pinoy-led food and beverage businesses is homegrown milk tea brand Macao Imperial Milk Tea.
Last Aug. 19, the brand opened its 235th store on the island with a celebration inspired by Boracay’s way of life. The marching band kept everyone’s spirit on a high with their performance. Numerous paraws were also launched bearing a design that spotlights the brand’s hero product.
Located at Station 1 of Boracay beside Astoria, the store serves coffee and pastries, apart from its beloved milk tea variants. Doors are open from 8a.m.to 9 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends. Have a sip of your favorite milk tea while you sit and stay enjoying that famous sunset view. Don’t forget to take your selfies with the Macao Imperial Tea-brand paraws!
