The Philippines prevails as Kings of Southeast Asia

RSG PH MSC 2022 Winner

Dubbed as Kingslayers, RSG PH triumphed in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2022 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre. With Eman "Emann" Llanda Sangco bagging the most valuable player (MVP) award, RSG PH scored a victorious 4:0 sweep against the 'King of Kings' RRQ Hoshi.

The newly crowned SEA kings are the third Filipino team to take home the Southeast Asia title alongside Aether Main (Bren Esports) in 2018 and Smart Omega (formerly known as Execration) in 2021.

The momentous grand finals drew a peak concurrent view (PCU) of 2.8 million viewers and a sold-out crowd of over 1,000 spectators. The event was graced by Malaysia's Youth and Sports Minister, YB Dato' Seri Ahmad Faizal bin Dato' Azumu, Deputy Minister, YB Senator Dato' Sri Ti Lian Ker, and Chief Executive Officer of Esports Integrated, Ahmed Faris Amir. MSC 2022 is held in line with the country's vision to propel the nation as a vibrant esports hub.
