Rock's biggest names to appear in Taylor Hawkins tribute concert
The Foo Fighters have announced the names of those who will perform at the tribute concert for its late drummer Taylor Hawkins.
The show is slated Sept. 3 at the Wembley Stadium in London.
there will be another leg to be held Sept. 27 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles California.

Among the “first wave of guests" to join the Wembley stop are Stewart Copeland, famed drummer of The Police, Chris Chaney, Liam Gallager (formerly of Oasis), Omar Hakim, Joshua Homme of Queens Of The Stone Age, Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders, Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson of Rush, Brian May and Roger Taylor of Queen, Mark Ronson, Supergrass, Rufus Taylor, Wolfgang Van Halen and Taylor’s band Chevy Metal.
Comedian Dave Chappelle is also set to appear at the Wembley date.
For the Los Angeles show, artists such as Alanis Morrissette, Joan Jett, Miley Cyrus, Gene Simmons of Kiss, Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Rage Against The Machine drummer Brad Wilk, Luke Spiker, Jon Theodore and Pat Wilson are listed as performers.

The announcement also promises that more guests will be added in the coming days.
The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts will benefit charities in the UK chosen by the Hawkins family. Other beneficiaries will also be announced later.
Hawkins, 50, died suddenly last March 25, 2022 while on tour with the Foo Fighters in South America.
