LOOK: La Trinidad Strawberry Festival 2022 list of activities is up

Something to look forward to on your next trip up north

Apart from the ube craze, strawberries are among the past years’ dining breakout stars with loads of quarantreats serving the red fruit in different forms, from cakes and lattes to the truly mouthwatering doughnut sandwiches. If you’re still craving for more, here’s an event you wouldn’t want to miss.

Earlier this month, the official Facebook page of the Mayor’s Office - La Trinidad unveiled the roster of activities that will take place in the upcoming Strawberry Festival 2022. After its cancelations in the past years due to the pandemic, La Trinidad in Benguet is set to bring back joy to the festival with activities championing one of its prime produce. Events such as Strawberry Cake Competition and the traditional Strawberry Lane in its Municipal Park. Other activities include Tree Caring at Communal Forest, Balili River Clean Up, and music event Strawberry Jam.

Currently, Benguet is under Alert Level 2 until March 5, 2022.
