The number of ballots printed for the May 2022 polls is already nearing completion.

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) reported that as of March 30, the number of ballots printed was already at 63,856,233.
This means 94.68 percent of the more than 67 million ballots have already been printed.
Among those already printed, 72 percent or 48,504,708 ballots have been exited or have already completed the whole processing, such as verification and reverification.
On the other hand, 0.26 percent or 178,990 ballots were deemed defective and needed reprinting.
Ballot printing started at the National Printibg Office on Jan. 20 with the manual ballots for local absentee voting, followed by the manual ballots for overseas voting, and the automated election system ballot for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
The Comelec earlier said it is targeting to finish the printing of all official ballots on April 21.
