The Commission on Elections (Comelec) deleted more than 3.2 million from the list of voters.

This include the 892,627 double registrants; 755,769 who died; and 64,320 double entries.
The Comelec also deactivated the registration of more than 7 million registered voters.
Data from the Comelec showed that of the 7,236,952 voters that were deactivated, 7,229,493 were due to their failure to vote in the last two national elections; 3,993 having been excluded by courts; 2,718 having been declared as insane or incompetent by the authority; 536 who were sentenced to over 1 year imprisonment; 134 who failed to validate; 52 who lost their Filipino citizenship; and 26 who were sentenced for committing crimes against national security.
There are 65,831,792 registered voters as of Oct. 30, 2021.
Of the more than 65 million registered voters, 6,950,449 are new registrants.
