Eraserheads-inspired turntable set for release

So the big E-heads concert just happened and you're still jonesing for more?

If you happen to be the type who loves the Eraserheads and is also into vinyl music, then this one is probably for you.

Offshore Music in collaboration with UK-based Hi-Fi gear maker Rega is set to release the Eraserheads X Rega turntable.

According to a release, the limited edition phonograph player is “conceptualized by E-heads frontman Ely Buendia and designed by Team Manila Lifestyle in collaboration with the Rega turntable brand."

The Eraserheads x Rega turntable is set to be available the day after Christmas, December 26.

Offshore Music said it "is definitely something to watch out for,” adding that the Eraserheads x Rega turntable is “available for domestic shipping only, and only has very limited quantities produced,” making it quite the collectible.

At 29,000 pesos, the Eraserheads x Rega turntable is quite pricey for the ordinary music fan. But true audiophiles have been known to splurge on their audio setups. Adding the E-heads inspired turntable to their set up makes sense as it will also appeal to audiophiles’ collectors’ sensibilities.

“This beginner-friendly record player is a customized record player that bears a design conceptualized by OPM icon Ely Buendia and rendered by Team Manila and handmade by UK gear maker Rega that is limited to 100 units only,” Offshore Music added.

The Eraserheads x Rega Philippines Turntable will be sold exclusively via the label’s official digital merch shop at http://offshoremusicph.com.
