Jomari Yllana formally received his second runner-up plaque during recently held Paeng Nodalo Memorial Rally awarding ceremony at Kowloon House in Paranaque City.
The actor-politician may not have raced for 10 years, but watching him return to the tracks Nov. 5 at Subic Bay Freeport was like seeing fish flipping back to water.

Jomari hit podium finish in the Rally Sprint RS Open Category at the race that paid tribute to Paeng Nodalo, one of the country’s pillars of motorsports.
The 46-year old Paranaque councilor was also awarded a resolution congratulating him on his last race by Mayor Eric Olivarez at Paranaque City Hall.
