Steven Spielberg to direct 'Superman' sequel - reports

There are talks that Steven Spielberg will be onboard as director of the upcoming “Man Of Steel 2” movie.

It started with The Hollywood Reporter sharing news about Spielberg meeting with David Zaslav, Peter Safran and Christopher Nolan recently.

It added to ongoing excitement about the film, following Henry Cavill's confirmation on social media early on that he has indeed signed on for the project.

He was last seen donning the iconic Superman costume in Dwayne Johnson’s "Black Adam" film.

Note "Black Adam" is now the fastest DCEU movie to hit $100 million dollars at the box office (edging out Jason Momoa’s “Aquaman”).
