Holiday cocktails, anyone?
And just like that… it's the holiday season again. It's a time dedicated to gift-giving, get-togethers, and all sorts of merry-making. While the best celebrations always involve a grand feast to share with your loved ones, conversations happen before the dining begins, with special drinks to keep guests in a gleeful mood.
To help everyone concoct the best blends this season, mixologist Charmaine Thio shared holiday cocktail recipes last Nov. 16, during Hendrick’s holiday event at Lampara Restaurant in Makati City. As the Southeast Asian brand ambassador of the global premium spirits company, Charmaine explored two drinks people can create with Hendrick’s Gin.

First is the Cranberry Fizz, which is like a holiday version of the Cosmopolitan. It is bright red color makes it a drink to have during Christmas gatherings. It is refreshing and once people had a sip of it, they will definitely come back for more.
Another party-perfect drink she shared is the French 75, or the Soixante-Quinze in France. A celebration of citrus flavors with floral notes, the French 75 is made more delightful with the addition of sweet syrup and champagne.
