Chef Margarita Forés’ ‘Apericena’
The Tasting Club, in partnership with the Embassy of Italy and Chef Margarita Forés, is pleased to invite you to a unique "Apericena" on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at The Loggia in Palacio de Memoria.
The “Apericena" is an Italian ritual that is a gathering between an aperitif and a dinner. The word itself is a contraction of “Aperitivo” for aperitif and “Cena” for dinner. This common practice in Italy is an invitation to enjoy beverages with an abundance of finger foods and canapés in a social and friendly setup.
The various dishes will be paired with a selection of 7 fine wines curated by The Tasting Club and produced across Italian provinces from traditional grape varieties via sustainable methods of production. Prestigious and award-winning wines, such as Masottina, Prosecco Collezione 96 Brut DOC (96 points by Decanter) and Avignonesi, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2015 DOCG (92 points by Decanter), will be presented for this special occasion.
