LOOK: This indoor LED screen has 3D effects

Plus, more activities await when you get there

You’ve seen them on Instagram and TikTok. A giant 3D cat lounging about on a wide LED billboard in Tokyo’s Shinjuku Station, or a Broadway Musical advert at Times Square in New York. Those cool “naked-eye” 3D billboards are everywhere on social media, and now they’re here in the Philippines. Conveniently, there’s one in the cozy confines of the mall.

Glorietta’s Biggest Indoor 3D-led Screen With Naked Eye Technology

Located at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City, the new 3D screen is now an avenue for big format gaming and various images that come to life and jump out of the screen. No need for 3D glasses, these new generation LED screens can project three-dimensional videos that pop out of the screen from any angle.

The launch event of the 3D LED attraction in Glorietta had a “puppy” theme that delighted the young and young-at-heart mall-goers. "In planning what content to project on the 3D screen, Ayala Malls chose what would be greatly relevant to their patrons while intending to tug their heartstrings by showing a cute and lovable subject that the young and old would love to watch,” according to Ayala Malls.

Enter the new "pup" of Glorietta. The event—which also served as an Ayala Malls community get-together—offered in-mall conveniences and exclusive perks for mall Pet ID holders. There was a mobile photo booth for pets and their owners with the shots will be projected on the giant LED screen afterwards, as well as "pupparazzi" photo spots where guests can get the perfect angle to have a picture with the giant 3D "pup of Glorietta."

The new 3D screen is an upgrade to the previous giant LED screen in the Glorietta Activity center. Previously, the LED screen had attractions like the Glorietta Game Fest’s interactive giant tetris game and Netflix Philippines’ "Stranger Things."
