ALAMAT's 'Pasulong' debuts atop iTunes

Pinoy pop boyband ALAMAT's first ever EP debuted at number one on iTunes.

Titled “Pasulong,” the EP was launched with much fanfare by the group, their label Viva Records and the group’s management outfit Ninuno Media with a live showcase.

“Pasulong” trended on Twitter for several hours yesterday as ALAMAT live streamed their launch and fan-attended performance showcase on their official YouTube channel.

The six-track mini album eventually went to the number one spot on iTunes Philippines’ listings of new releases after it was released on the streaming platform midnight, Friday.

ALAMAT’s official Facebook posted about the milestone.

“Alamat's first mini-album 'PASULONG' has reached #1 on iTunes Philippines hours after its release,” it said.

ALAMAT dropped the music video for “Aswang,” the first single off “Pasulong” Friday, October 28.
