Ex Battalion drops new music video for 'We The Best'

Hit rap group Ex Battalion has dropped a new music video.

It is for their new single “We The Best.”

The song, a chest-beating, hands-on-the-air uptempo bop, features Skusta Clee, Brando, Emcee Rhenn, King Badger, John Roa and Flow G.

In “We The Best,” Ex Battalion enumerates all the reasons why they’re the number one rap group in the scene today.

In the hook choruses, Skusta Clee sings: ‘Y’all can’t stop hatin’ us, kaya ka nagagalit coz you can’t be us.’

He doubles down on this, crowing, "wala daw kaming tira pero laging million views / we keep makin’ so don’t be confused / so just keep hatin’ us mas lalo naming papayanigin ang Pinas / di na barya barya ang hawak coz’ we millionaires / and nobody can do better than this coz we the best out here’

His comrades then take turns with their own verses that reflect the same sentiment.

The new music video, directed by Titus Cee, was released Friday, October 7 on YouTube.

As of writing, the video has well over half-a-million views.

Ex B’s number one man, Mark Maglasang, a.k.a. ‘Bosx1ne’ sat this one out and is not seen in the music video that featured custom cars burning rubber in race tracks, EX B’s high end rides, and cameos of other popular rap groups (ALLMO$T, Gloc 9 among the easily recognizable ones) that support EX B.

Ex Battalion will eventually release “We The Best” on all digital streaming platforms.
