Chef Margarita Forés welcomes everyone to Cibo’s Era Nuova
Anyone who loves Italian food knows that the best place to have it is at Cibo restaurant. Long before it was established in 1997, the idea of building Cibo entered Chef Margarita Forés’ mind in 1987 after learning how to cook with Italian signoras. Since it first opened its doors, Cibo has spotlighted the home-style culinary approach to Italian cooking through its antipasti, zuppe, insalate, pizze, and more.
This 2022, Cibo celebrates its 25th anniversary. To mark its silver year, the restaurant is inviting all 25-year-olds to dine in for free at its very first branch in Glorietta. If you’re one of the lucky 25-year-olds, here’s how you can avail it:
1. CIBO customers who dine-in with at least one companion, and are at the time of dining 25 years old are entitled to have their orders for free. Meal share computation will be divided by the number of guests, VAT Inclusive. Only one 25-year-old per transaction may avail of the promotion.
2. To avail of the promotion, customers must present a valid ID (ex. Government issued IDs or any ID with full name and birth date) showing their date of birth. The ID has to show that at the time of dining, the customer is 25 years of age, or turning 25 years old between Aug. 1 to Dec. 31, 2022, to avail of this promotion.
3. This promotion is exclusive for dine-in guests from Aug. 15 to Sept. 30 2022 only and is not valid in conjunction with other promotional discounts.
Apart from its free feast, Cibo is also heading to the road with its Cibo Food Truck. Foodies on the street can enjoy its Cibo di Strada menu, showcasing the restaurant’s take on Italian street food. The food truck was first seen on Aug. 22, the restaurant’s anniversary date, in Glorietta. Soon, the food truck will be present in different parts of Manila. Its first stop will be in Quezon City.
