Have a fiesta this Thursday!
The fifth of May or Cinco de Mayo marks a special occasion for our Mexican brothers and sisters as on that day in 1862, they became victorious over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War. Through the years, the day became more than just an observance of their victory but a celebration of the Mexican culture, cuisine, and heritage all over the world, and that includes the Philippines.
This year, as restrictions become more relaxed in Manila, food establishments are holding their own celebrations of Cinco de Mayo celebrations. From unlimited margaritas to a bounty of Mexican treats, here are the best places to celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Manila.
Milagritos & Encaramada
Starting today until May 15, Milagritos & Encaramada is serving an unlimited frozen margarita promo for only P599. Guests can enjoy the Manila Bay sunset and nightlife at its rooftop bar with its signature Watermelon Chili Margarita and its Classic Margarita.
Milagritos & Encaramada is located at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia Manila in Pasay.
