He and other cast members of the zombie series were scheduled to be guests on the Korean TV show “Knowing Bros.”

Before the recording of the show on Feb. 24, Yoon Chan-young used a self-test kit as a preemptive measure against COVID-19.

Due to the positive result, he underwent a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test to confirm. The result is expected to be released on Feb. 25. He has suspended all his schedules.

The recording of “Knowing Bros” was supposed to feature Yoon Chan-young, Park Ji-hu (Nam On-jo in the series), Im Jae-hyuk (Yang Dae-su), Ha Seung-ri (Jang Ha-ri) and Lee Eun-saem (Park Mi-jin).

As a result, the recording of “Knowing Bros” was canceled. The four other cast members of “All of Us Are Dead” tested negative in the self-test kits.

At least 147 Korean stars, mostly K-pop idols, have tested positive for COVID-19 since Jan. 19.

On Feb. 24, “Itaewon Class” star Park Seo-joon was announced to have tested positive for COVID-19 last Feb. 19. He is recovering.
