The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) has named CCInsp. Mark P. Comedes as the new deputy regional superintendent for administration of the Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF) in Davao del Norte.
Comedes’ previous assignment was as assistant penal superintendent for reformation at the San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm in Zamboanga City.
In a statement, DPPF said that immediately after his designation to the new post, “Comedes called for a meeting last Monday, Feb. 14, with the chiefs of offices and support units under the Administration cluster to discuss issues and concerns, improve communication between offices, and promote coordination among units to have a smooth flow of work and an organized management system while carrying out individual tasks.”
“The Davao Prison and Penal Farm under the administration CTSSupt. Albert C. Manalo welcomes the assignment of CCInsp. Mark Comedes in this penal institution,” DPPF said.
It also said that all DPPF officials and personnel “pledged full support to the new deputy regional superintendent.”
