Another ECQ means another time for cooking exploration

Bummed about being back on enhanced community quarantine (ECQ)? We don't blame you. We again say goodbye again to eating out and going places and say hello to curfews and more time indoors and other restrictions. While this two-week break is gearing up to bring cabin fever, it is definitely for the best. And what better way to make the most out of your time indoors than cooking.
If you're done with streaming shows and movies online, The Maya Kitchen is throwing free online cooking classes throughout ECQ. On Aug. 7, 2021, learn how to bake trending donuts like Korean Strawberry Filled Donut and Crème Brulee Donuts. And the next weekend, Aug 14, 2021, is all about Korean dining with bibimbap and two sides.
"This August, discover a new cuisine, learn menu planning, or upgrade your baking skills with professional chef instructors who will guide you in every step and share handy tips you will use to be more comfortable in the kitchen," it says.
The cooking classes will be available to watch via Facebook live on its page. Check TheMayaKitchen com for more information about its future classes.
