Heart Evangelista's work-loaded US trip

Heart Evangelista-Escudero is living up to her moniker as the queen of creative collaborations.

Heart’s current trip to the U.S. finds the multi-hyphenate in work mode.

Heart left for the US last August 6, and upon arriving in New York, immediately met up with Vogue Magazine for some quick catch up. Heart’s Fashion Week trips the past couple of years have endeared the self-confessed fashionista to several style icons in New York and even Paris.

After New York, Heart flew to Los Angeles where the real work started.

According to an insider in Heart’s circle, the actress had been tapped to make an appearance on the popular show Bling Empire. The all-Asian cast is a hit reality TV show on Netflix. Sure enough, Heart posted a picture of her and Bling Empire cast and real estate developer and investor Kane Lim.

Lim wrote on his Instagram, “Heart Evangelista You Ready? @iamhearte You epitomize what Philippines mean to me. A country with heart and kindness. A true beauty inside and outside. Perfection.”

Right after that, still in Los Angeles, Heart met up with rock music artist Brandon Boyd of Incubus. Evangelista and Boyd are set to collaborate on a couple of art pieces, mostly visual art. 

Recall that a couple of months back, the two connected over at Instagram with Boyd initiating. Like Heart, Boyd is heavily into paintings and visuals outside of his work with Incubus. Evangelista and Boyd were seen doing a photo shoot. 

Heart chronicled the meeting via her Instagram stories.

On top of all this, Heart was also shooting self-produced social media content for some of her sponsors, most notable of which is her ‘Breakfast At Tiffany’s’ inspired post she shot in New York in front of the famed Tiffany & Co. store. 

So was it all work and no play?

Heart did meet with some of her friends before kicking off work, meeting with her former Road Manager and handler Arnold Sebastian Mendoza who now works in New York.
