Our prayers have been answered! You can now purchase Mang Inasal chicken oil, a.k.a. the only oil that matters, in a pouch! The famous unli-rice inasal house announced on its social media accounts the news about its new products for sale.

Chicken inasal is a beloved local dish that originated from Iloilo. What makes this grilled meal unique is its special marinade made of calamansi, pepper, coconut vinegar, and annatto. Usually the chicken is best paired with sinamak (a vinegar-based sauce). But for diners in the metro, especially in Mang Inasal, what elevates the experience of eating it is the golden chicken sauce.

Apart from the chicken oil in a pouch (P99), the homegrown food brand also relaunches it's ready-to-cook Chicken Inasal. In 2020, in light of the pandemic, Mang Inasal first launched cook-it-yourself meals with chicken oil for sale in sachets.
