WATCH: Why Elias gave his mom Ellen Adarna the side-eye look

Every mom can relate to Ellen Adarna's latest post. She keeps it real on how we need to control our children when it comes to everything that they do, especially when it comes to their diet.

As seen on the video, taken by her friend Vito Selma, it shows Elias sitting and watching a video on the mobile phone while munching on chocolate biscuits. When Ellen showed up on the video with Elias, she realized that her son has consumed a lot of biscuits so she reminded Elias that he already ate too much and if she could set aside the cookies already.

What came next was one of the funniest reactions with Elias quietly showing that he's not happy with his mother's decision. And Ellen, like most moms, appreciated how calm and collected Elias was, "My son is a Zen Master in controlling and managing his emotions. Low-key angry, high-key civilized. We’re dealing with food and emotions here… thats deep, you know ?? #ZENbaby"

But it's not just Ellen who found this video adorable, a lot of her followers posted over on their personal IG stories a screenshot of the side-eye glance along with their comments. Here are some of them.

Even celebrity friends left comments, with Gretchen Barretto saying, "My kind of boy." Some followers even praised Elias for being such a behaved boy. Great job to Mama Ellen!
