The shock rocker’s legal problems keep mounting.
A second lawsuit was filed against Marilyn Manson a.k.a. Brian Warner, this time coming from a former assistant.
Ashley Walters alleged “a number of crimes that includes sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other claims,” Rolling Stone reports.

More than a dozen women have come out alleging abuse from Warner. This includes Evan Rachel Wood, who first came out last year, and "Game Of Thrones" actress Esme Bianco, who just last month, filed a suit against Warner.
Walters’ story follows what now appears to be a pattern.
An aspiring photographer when she met Manson, Walters was approached by the latter on social media (back in March 2010) and told they could collaborate artistically. An invite to Warner’s home would follow (May 2010) in this case a photo session (with Warner as photographer).

It would eventually lead to Warner being able to convince Walters to take off her clothes for the session. Or as Rolling Stone wrote, Warner “encouraged her to undress.”
Then the assault, which the suit described as Warner having “pinned her to a bed where he tried to kiss her and bit her and forced her hand into his underwear.”
After that, Warner played it cool, even reverting back to the idea of collaboration.
Walters then “decided to ignore the alleged assault,” the first time.
Walters would come back and believe Warner to be professional and will work with the rocker again during the course of which she claims “he made her uncomfortable, allegedly asking her to serve as his director of photography” only if she passed an audition. And that is to appear in a video “wearing only her underwear and a Nazi jacket,” among others.
Walters would eventually work for Warner as his assistant in August of 2010.
Walter’s suit would also go on to say that Warner would “berate her” and “refuse her holidays off to see her family or friends.” Walters would also allege that Warner forced “her upon his friends.” “Defendant commonly offered Walters up to his influential industry friends and associates,” from actors, directors and musicians.
Walters also said she saw and served food and drinks to Warner’s then girlfriends that included Evan Rachel Wood and Esme Bianco, and witnessed one time how Warner “threw a prop skull at Wood so hard it left a welt on her stomach.”
Walters long list of grievances against Warner includes the latter hiding his drugs on her luggage during international trips, making her work for “48 hours straight,” verbally and physically threatening her, hacking her Facebook and accusing her of stealing art from his collection.
Walters’ lawsuit includes sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual battery and infliction of emotional distress.
Warner’s company Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. is also included in the suit.
