Isabelle Daza-Semblat is due to give birth real soon. As always, the very fit mom prefers to host a party where her guests can stay active and sweat it out. "Forcing everyone to sweat is my fave activity," she posted.

Staying in Hong Kong didn't stop her from treating her guests to an active day. "Dressed everyone in @our.recess REDS collection and gave away @sunniesface & @thesoralife mini sports towels. When I asked the guests what they wanted for snacks they said cold pressed juices @12noonofficial and protein bars ? A little video by @defin8fitnessbytrixie a filipino owned fitness studio that hosted my pilates themed baby shower ??."

Truly a fit mom who dreams of sharing the healthy benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle, her mission was accomplished after the workout session. "The best part was hearing all the grunts and seeing all the genuine smiles after? So happy to have made new friends here ?"
