The Manila Hotel's Delicatessen is ready for Valentine's Day with various treats for your loved ones

February is a month for romance, and The Manila Hotel is fully prepared to help you make that grand gesture of love in various ways.

Among its many offerings—from dine-in delights to home buffets and takeout items—the Delicatessen is giving you an option of expressing what you really feel and what you really think of your significant other with surprises that can put a sweet smile on their face. 

Two new items from the Deli will surely make your Valentine’s night all the sweeter. Surprise your loved one with either the Valentine Praline Bouquet or the Chocolate Strawberry Bouquet.

For only P980 nett, the Valentine Praline Bouquet is exactly that—a round bouquet of hazelnut gianduja-based pralines, with highlights of rolled pistachio nuts. Timeless and popular, round bouquets are popular in weddings, but this artisanal chocolate bouquet is one that will surely add a sweet touch to Valentine’s Day.

The Chocolate Strawberry Bouquet, which sells for only P1,380 nett, combines the taste of juicy strawberries and the comforting sweetness of chocolates loved by many. Dipped in artisanal Belgian chocolate and interspersed with pink variant, this is a perfect gift that says a lot. Both sweet surprise variants can be pre-ordered starting Feb. 8, 2021 at The Manila Hotel’s Delicatessen.

The Delicatessen also has a host of other chocolate gift items in regular boxes and collectible boxes like heart-shaped sinamay containers. From Belgian chocolate bars to assorted pralines to heart-shaped concoctions, you have numerous options to choose from. 

Aside from gift items, The Manila Hotel is also going to be the setting of A Dinner to Remember. For those who want to mark the turn of the Lunar Year with a sumptuous meal with family or friends, Chinese New Year Dinner can be celebrated at Roma Salon on Feb. 11 and 12, 2021. With three set menus to choose from, it will be a good night to start an auspicious Year of the Ox. 

Those looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate dinner, the Champagne Room should be your venue of choice. The country’s most romantic room will be reopened briefly for Valentine’s Dinner from Feb. 12 to 15, 2021. For P4,500 per head and a gift of a single long-stemmed Ecuadorian Rose for the ladies, surprise your loved one with a romantic meal highlighted by either Chilean sea bass or beef tenderloin. The dishes in the special menu for the night are indeed best savored in the company of someone special.

Café Ilang Ilang is also marking Valentine’s Day with special Valentine’s Dinner selection on Feb. 13 and 14, 2021 for only P3,500 per head.
