Shake Shack's Chick'n Bites

It is a fact that when it comes to comfort food, you could never go wrong with fried chicken. It has everything we crave for in a great meal, from its deep-fried crunch to the juicy meat, not to mention its tasty breading. Bringing all that Southern goodness in delicious bites is international food chain Shake Shack with its Chick'n Bites.

A leap from its famous Angus beef burger, the bitesize fried chicken was first introduced in the US in 2015. Now available in the Philippines, the crispy pieces of chicken breast are served with a choice of BBQ sauce or honey mustard for dipping. 

"Chick’n Bites are always made fresh to order with all-natural, antibiotic-free whole muscle," the restaurant says. "The Bites are sous-vide cooked, making them extra juicy, flavorful and tender, and then breaded in flour, cayenne, and paprika before being crisp-fried."

Trying the Bites in the restaurant, it is worth mentioning the crew's effort and dedication in maintaining the health and safety protocols mandated by the government. It makes dining there a good experience without the uneasy feel of the restrictions. As soon it hits your table, you can already smell them. The Bites are juicy and moist, and having them with the honey mustard dipping sauce makes eating them truly addictive.

Light snacking but heavy in taste, the Chick'n Bites are best eaten with Chick’n Shack, a chicken breast sandwich with shredded lettuce, pickles, and buttermilk herb mayo, with a side of crinkle-cut fries. Or enjoy them with a pairing of ShackMeister Ale and you have the perfect Netflix-and-chill meal.
