Andrew Gan was just enjoying his passion for basketball and love for modeling when he suddenly got an offer to try showbiz. (parang gusto kitang i-try..

makasama.. bro!)

“Si Mr. Rams David po yung nagoffer sakin na mag-level up.  Kaya sobra akong grateful sa kanya. Dami ko pong nakilala sa showbiz because of him. Pero siempre dumaan din ako sa mga auditions bago ako nakuha sa mga teleserye. Naexperience ko rin yung mga nareject ako. “ Andrew recalls. (ay sakin pasok na pasok ka!)

He feels blessed that he became part of several TV and movie projects: “Na-strengthen talaga yung faith ko kay Lord dito sa showbiz.  Dahil sa dami ng rejections at heartbreaks ko nandito pa rin ako lumalaban at naniniwalang darating yung time ko. Ang importante ay mahal mo yung trabaho mo and perform as if it’s your last.” (kapit kalang sakin bro… kapitan din kita!)

Andrew recently signed a contract with ALV Talent Management team: "Marami nang napag-usapan at mga plano. Siyempre mas magandang sabihin pag nandyan na. May mga roles ako in mind. Isa sa dream roles ko yung may psychotic behavior ako. Kasi hindi ako yun. Gusto ko nacha-challenge ako. Gusto ko maipakita yung anong pwede kong i-offer.”  (ay may special offer ba yan? Pwede ako mag-avail?!)

The 26 year-old-actor is currently promoting the BL series titled "Limited Edition" to be aired on-line via Bragais TV soon. (sana ako nalang kapartner mo bro!)

“Im portraying Jethro. He is goal-driven, hardworking. He has everything.  But at the end of the day, he is not happy with his life. Until nameet nya si Mario na opposite nya. Probinsyano na nagwowork sa call center. Duon nagstart love story nila. Pero may twist sa dulo. Tatawa, kikiligin at iiyak kayo for sure.” Andrew narrates. (parang kinikilig nako sayo bro!)

This is Andrew’s very first BL series. “Si Direk Jill Urdaneta gusto nya surprise lahat sa set para natural yung acting namin. Di rin sya agad nagcucut. Naghihintay sya na pwede pa naming ibigay sa eksena. Kaya sa mga sexy scenes. Ang pinaka naging preparation ko lang maligo at magtoothbrush! (laughs)” (sana sinabayan kita….magtoothbrush!)

The Culinary Arts graduate who recently  taped an episode for WTFu on YouTube is willing to do more daring roles in the future. (feeling ko may future tayo bro!)

“Basta ako kaya kong ipakita lahat. Basta ba maganda ang material at worth it,” Andrew says. (sabihan mo ko kung ipapakita mo na).
