Here's how you can help bring safe drinking water to Typhoon Odette survivors

Responding to the plea for safe drinking water for the typhoon-stricken areas, Maris Pure Corporation, manufacturer of Healthy and Pure purified water, started by donating 125 cases of bottled water to Manila Bulletin’s relief operation.

Inspired by this gesture, Maris Pure collaborated with the Manila Bulletin and Manila Water Foundation (MWF) and initiated the #laginghandangtumulong project. All bottled water purchased from them are sent out through the coordination of the Manila Bulletin with the Philippine Coast Guard. A 50 percent discount against SRP is offered to everyone who wants to extend help to the typhoon victims. A total of 2,500-5gallon water have been shipped out already, and the stocks they are now preparing for deployment amounts to 3,500-5gallons, 2,000 cases of 500ml and 1000 cases of 1liter, and counting.

“We guarantee that our purified water is clean and safe, as it has been approved by DOH and FDA as well as the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW), and this is safe even for babies,” Mike Chanco, Maris Pure Corp president, said.
