Trillanes mimics Robredo's Tiktok gesture to woo voters, hit back at bashers
After defending the viral Tiktok video of presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo, former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV has created his own version of the now trending content as a clapback to bashers.

Using the same gesture Robredo made in her viral Tiktok video, Trillanes directed the imaginary energy blast attack to the Vice President's critics saying, "Sa mga bashers ni Leni: Let Leni lead."
The former Navy officer captioned his content with "Para sa bashers ni (For the bashers of) VP Leni" and accompanied it with hashtags such as #TeamLeni #DapatSiLeni, #SonnyTrillanes, and #Trillanes.
Trillanes, who is seeking for a seat in the Senate under Robredo's ticket, has earlier defended the move of Robredo to take to the widely-used app her message to perceived enemies she tagged as thief, liar, and traitor to the country.
He said the Vice President hit a bullseye in her Tiktok video which opens up future discourses.
"Campaign politics is a hit or miss thing. Some political gimmicks hit the mark, others don't. Re VP's latest tiktok video, it was bullseye!" he said.
"It penetrated the Gen Z crowd; broke the algorithm; created conversations; and provided an opening for future discourses," he added.
