Here’s where you can find it
If you’re one passionate Filipino chocoholic, then you should know that the country has a thriving cacao industry that even during the pandemic, Davao City has been named as the “Chocolate Capital of the Philippines.” And if you’re listing down your favorite homegrown labels, Auro Chocolate is definitely among the ones that will rise to the top of your list. Not only are its products good, but they’re also award-winning, sustainably made, and they empower local farmers.
In the past, the tree-to-bar chocolate company has been teasing choco locos online with its special collaborations and truly decadent confectionery creations and plated desserts. If only there is a place that houses those delightful treats for everyone to munch on. Well, it looks like we don’t have to wait that long as the brand announces that it will be opening its first-ever Auro Chocolate café concept.
Over the weekend, when everyone was fixated about the SM Mall of Asia’s globe being stolen, the brand announced on social media their newest endeavor. According to an Instagram post, the brand will be launching the café in Ikea Philippines in Pasay City very soon.
We don’t know yet what’s going to be available in the café, but we hope those fudgy and vegan brownies and warm chocolate babka will be on the menu. For now, enjoy cooking with Auro Chocolate products with its original and tasty recipes.
