Filipino Yuletide delicacies like puto bumbong and bibingka perfume the streets with the smoky scent of burning charcoal mixed with the sweet aroma of truly local ingredients. And if you’re looking for a new way to enjoy bibingka, these mini pancakes are the perfect bite-sized treat to ring in the Christmas spirit.

Pancake House reimagines the Filipino holiday favorite bibingka or puto kawali as small wonders that pack big flavors with its newest offering, the Bibingka Pancake Bites. A deconstructed version of the Simbang Gabi treat, the dessert incorporates everything Flipinos’ love about bibingka. It incorporates slices of queso de bola, salted egg topped with butter, and served with muscovado sugar and grated coconut on the side.

Bibingka Pancake Bites cost P129 per order and is now available for dine-in, takeout, curbside pick-up, and delivery in select Pancake House stores nationwide.
