Duterte appoints, promotes 57 DOJ prosecutors

President Duterte has appointed and promoted 57 prosecutors at the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The lists of appointments and promotions were received Saturday night, Oct. 23, by Justice Secretary Menardo I. Guevarra.

Promoted to the rank of deputy state prosecutors were Alexander Q. Suarez and Editha C. Fernandez.

Also promoted were Prosecutors III Marmarie P. Satin-Vivas and Amanda A. Felipe, both of whom have been assigned to the Office of the Secretary of Justice Prosecution Staff (OSJPS).

Named new provincial prosecutors were Prosecutor IV Hermes C. Ariño for Negros Occidental, Prosecutor IV Nilo G. Ahat for Bohol, and Prosecutor IV Irene A. Meso for Misamis Oriental.

Appointed prosecutors who will be assigned to various offices of the DOJ’s National Prosecution Service (NPS) nationwide were:
