Budget-friendly burger franchise's big office goes viral on social media

Another inspiring tale to put on the success story file

Going viral on social media is what seems to be the glow up photos of the well-known budget-friendly burger franchise Angel's Burger. Unlike its humble kiosks scattered all over the country, its commissary in Marikina City is seen as an inspiration for budding entrepreneurs and netizens.

The brand's Markina site was built in 2019 and houses food machines purchased from Germany. "The commissary here in Marikina could serve branches as far as Batangas and Bulacan," said founder Victoria Mojica in a report by the Manila Bulletin.

In 1997, Victoria together with her husband Joseph started their "Burger ng Bayan" business at Sikatuna Village in Quezon City. And since its establishment, Angel's Burger has always been a buy-one-take-one burger deal, which has been the key to their success, coupled with hard work and perseverance.

Last December, Angel's Burger Foundation Inc., together with the Filipino Community in Guam (FCG) donated funds and Christmas hams to the City government of Marikina, in response to the aftermath caused by Typhoon Ulysses.

"As agreed upon with all the parties involved, the funds will be used to jumpstart livelihood programs for the residents of Marikina affected by the typhoon. Members of the Angel's Burger Group of Companies will mentor selected individuals on how to conduct small businesses that will help support their families," the company said. "The FCG alongside Angel's Burger Foundation are both committed in providing continuous aid and programs for our community."
